Just wanted to let you and Liddell Construction know what a pleasure having you build our home has been.
I also would like to thank Rubin who on several occasions in your absence was most helpful too.
Before building and choosing Liddell, we spoke to builders and during construction saw their workmanship and was not impressed at all. We visited several homes built by Liddell, one home that was built 6 months ago and one built 4 years ago, the homeowners of both homes were still very pleased and satisfied customers.
Everyone who saw our home in construction and seen the finished product is impressed by your workmanship.
We are very proud of our home and welcome you to come visit (even though I think I will be in boxes for a while).
It is great to know a business deal can still be done with a handshake. Even after the final closing the promises made were handled in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Paul and I have been in our new home for almost five months. We absolutely love it! We wanted to send you a picture of the house and a letter of thanks for everything.
We were apprehensive about building, but I must say that you made it an enjoyable experience. Everyone at Liddell is very professional and great to work with. The thing that we noticed the most was the fact that you are so sincere and genuine. You really cared about us and we could tell.
We also thought it was great that someone was out the very next day to correct any minor problems after we were in the house. We would recommend you to anyone. Bobby - you were great!
